All prices quoted are per person and shown in CAD or USD.

All prices are subject to international exchange rate fluctuations.

Payments / Deposits

Deposit of 250.00$ per person due 7 days of reservations.

Final payment 30 days prior to departure.

Tours booked within 30 days prior to departure require full payment.

Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2000 Travel Ltd cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of any changes of itinerary or services added to it within 5 days of sending out invoice.

The company reserves the right to cancel any booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payment has not been received by the company within the specified date.

Your reservation will be cancelled and full deposit will be retained by 2000 Travel Ltd.

Cancellation fee will apply to additional services, including extra nights accommodations and optional excursions reserved prior to ,during, and after the tour. Cancellation fee will be quoted at the time of cancellation.

Taxes

GST tax will be added at time of booking.

Credit cards, Checks

2000 Travel accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks. Written authorization of the use your credit card will require and indicates your approval with booking terms and conditions and confirms reservations.

Credit card payments will processed in Canadian Funds, please check with your Bank service charges for international exchange may be apply.

Personalized vacations

We would be pleased to personalize a vacations for you, please note: package price breakdown is not available.

Children’s Rates

For 12 years old children traveling with two parents we provide a reduce rates. Children under 7 years of age are not recommended to participate on an escorted touring program. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancelation

31 days before departure: deposit is refundable at 75%

30 days before departure: deposit is non refundable 100%

Portage is not included in the price, please be prepared to carry your own suitcases. Fee of 50 CAD will be charge to any services added to confirmed itinerary , to alteration and revision.

Insurance

2000 TRAVEL strongly recommend to buy cancellation insurance at the time of booking package with us. Please check with us about visitors to Canada medical insurances.

Participations

For the benefit of everyone on our vacations, 2000 Travel ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any vacation participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of other participants. 2000 Travel Ltd will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of Vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behaviour.

Refunds

No refund will be made if modifications of the Itinerary were made by the traveler.

Seating

Motorcoach seating is not reserved or assigned.

Gratuites

are not included in your package price. Driver/guide, transfer driver subject to tips at 5 CAD per day.
